How to Order
Order & pay online or complete this form and return (along with payment) to the Temple Beth Israel Office through mail, email, or drop-off during business hours.
Orders must be received by 4 p.m. on the Wednesday PRIOR to the pickup date.
Pick up will be from 11 AM to 1 PM at Temple Beth Israel. "Curbside" pick up will be in the rear of the building on Furnace Avenue. Takeout only.
Orders not picked up by 1PM will be donated to the sick & elderly of our community.
