How to Order

Order & pay online or complete this form and return (along with payment) to the Temple Beth Israel Office through mail, email, or drop-off during business hours. 

Orders must be received by 4 p.m. on Wed, 2/19, 2025. 

Pick up will be on Sun, 2/23/2025 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Temple Beth Israel. "Curbside" pick up will be in the rear of the building on Furnace Avenue. Takeout only.
