How to Order

Complete this form and return (along with payment) to the Temple Beth Israel Office through mail, email, or by dropping it off during business hours. You can pay by cash or check to the office or pay online at the link below. 

Orders must be received by 4 p.m. on 03/13/2024. 

Pick up will be on 03/17/2024 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Temple Beth Israel. "Curbside" pick up will be in the rear of the building on Furnace Avenue. Takeout only.
